Our 2025 Impact & Accountability Report

A Year of Stewardship, Service, and Transparency

As we begin the new year, we want to take a moment to reflect on the journey of The Tolaoluwa Foundation since our inception mid last year. The Foundation was born from a simple yet powerful conviction: that practical love, when stewarded with integrity, can change lives. Transparency and accountability are core to our values, and we believe it is important to openly share how funds entrusted to us have been stewarded.

Our Mission in Practice

Since launching in June 2025, our focus has been on immediate relief and dignity-restoring support, particularly in areas of:

  • Medical assistance

  • Financial relief for vulnerable individuals and families

  • Educational support

  • Food outreach initiative

  • Laying solid legal and operational foundations to ensure sustainability

None of this would be possible without the generosity of donors, supporters, and our personal contributions as founders.

This report covers our financial activity from 12 May to 13 December 2025, marking our foundational months as a charity committed to restoring dignity, meeting urgent needs, and creating long-term impact.

Our Financial Overview (May – December 2025)

Total Income

₦5,126,093.77

This figure includes:

  • Contributions made personally by the founders

  • Generous donations from 34 individuals who believe in our mission

Every Naira received was directed with intention, prayer, and careful oversight.

Total Charitable Outgoings

Our outgoings reflect both direct charitable support and essential operational costs required to legally, ethically, and effectively run the foundation.

Operational & Compliance Costs

To ensure we operate with integrity, legal recognition, and sustainability, the following costs were incurred:

  • ₦356,990.00 – Virtual office annual fee

  • ₦7,683.40 – Card and transaction processing fees

Total operational & compliance cost:₦694,835.05

These expenses enable transparency, proper governance, and long-term accountability.

Why Transparency Matters to Us

We understand that trust is earned. That is why we are committed to:

  • Clear financial reporting

  • Responsible stewardship of donations

  • Ethical and compliant operations

  • Continuous improvement in how we serve communities

Every donation represents hope, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Looking Ahead to 2026

While we are grateful for what has been achieved in our first year, this is only the beginning. In the coming year, we plan to:

  • Expand medical and welfare support

  • Increase food and emergency relief initiatives

  • Strengthen partnerships and donor engagement

  • Improve reporting systems and impact tracking

Our vision is to build a foundation that not only gives, but gives well, wisely, and with lasting impact.
